We’re on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team as we gear up for a busy Winter season.

Nestled on the picturesque Leeds–Liverpool Canal, Water Lane Boathouse is a vibrant venue known for our wide selection of craft beers, creative cocktails, and a standout menu featuring everything from Neapolitan-style pizzas to stacked burgers and sharing boards.

About the Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to run the kitchen smoothly, maintain high standards, and inspire the team to deliver consistently excellent dishes. You’ll play a key role in training, mentoring, and leading the kitchen while having the autonomy to bring your ideas to the table.
