Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when needed and ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen and operations.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and develop the kitchen team while maintaining high standards of food and service.
• Personable and proactive with a dedication to consistency.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Head Chef when they’re not on shift and ensure service runs smoothly.
• Help manage the kitchen during service and maintain standards.
