Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll be in the thick of it, second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time. You’ll help run the line during service and support the kitchen team in skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience in branded kitchen or as a Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise and develop the kitchen team.

As Sous Chef you’ll:

Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
