Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team and lead by example, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every time. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift, and you’ll drive excellence on the line during service.

With branded experience or as a Commis Chef, you’ll assist in managing all kitchen aspects, develop the team and uphold the highest standards of food and service.
