Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Greater London.
The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality seafood and vegetarian dishes, and manage kitchen staff. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to menu planning with seasonal ingredients.
