Mitchells & Butlers’ Queens Head in Orpington is hiring a Sous Chef with a passion for delivering great food and leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to branded menus.

Competenze

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a branded pub or restaurant.
• Ability to lead a section and support the Head Chef in absence of the Head.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across dishes.
