Our client has recently taken on a fantastic new Head Chef and is looking to grow the kitchen team. They have a great local reputation for the seasonal food and fantastic service. The Hotel, Pub and Restaurant is set in the heart of the Surrey Hills and offers the opportunity to be part of a very exciting period for the great venue.

What’s involved? Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a small team of 4 Chefs. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up in absence of the Head Chef. The shift pattern is a mix of 3 splits and 2 straights per week.
