Job summary

Toby Carvery Hoole Village is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, training people, and delivering smiles to guests. You will run a kitchen section, mentor your team, and lead in the Head Chef's absence.

You'll manage daily operations, support ordering and stock control, uphold brand standards, and help your team to work together to achieve targets, while enjoying excellent staff benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Comfort working with a branded menu.
