Job summary

Mitchells & ButlerPLC's Toby Carvery - Hoole Village, Chester is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a section and train the team to deliver great food that makes guests smile.

You'll support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, work to branded menus, and ensure high standards of hygiene. A passion for coaching and teamwork is essential.
