Toby Carvery in Dover is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food, team development, and guest experience. You will run a section, lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, and help deliver the brand's signature roast experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a kitchen team and deliver high-quality food.
• Experience in stock control and food ordering processes.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver dishes to a high standard.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Oversee that the kitchen operates in line with brand menu and hygiene rules.
