Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for Toby Carvery in Dover. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step in for the Head Chef when needed. The role focuses on delivering quality, consistent dishes and maintaining brand standards.

You will manage food ordering, prep, and stock, while ensuring health and hygiene compliance and fostering a positive team environment in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to lead and train kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
