Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is hiring a Sous Chef at Cheriton Care Home in Dorchester. You will support the head chef to prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks for residents, helping to create enjoyable and comforting dining experiences.

We value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude. The role offers £13.50 per hour, a 42-hour week including alternate weekends, and opportunities for training up to QCF Level 5 with company pension and other perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• Previous kitchen experience.
• Flexible to work 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
