Job summary

Blue Apple in Dartford is hiring a Sous Chef to join our team on a fixed-term contract to 9 October. You will plan and prepare menus, lead kitchen colleagues, and ensure every dish is served to the highest standard during shifts from 6:30am to 3pm, 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering or contract catering.
• Ability to design menus aligned with client needs.
• Passion for creating dishes that look appealing and are served promptly.

Location:

Dartford, DA2 6SN

Working Pattern:

Shifts between 6:30am - 3pm, 40 hours per week, 5/7. fixed term contract till the 9th of October

Rate of Pay:

£19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
• order necessary ingredients
