Job summary

Gather and Gather in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join our award‑winning team. You will help create menus aligned with client needs and lead a small kitchen, delivering breakfast and lunch for 200 covers.

Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 06:30 to 15:00, with a salary of £40,000–£43,000 per year. The role includes development opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive, lively work environment.

Responsibilities

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
• Lunch and breakfast for 200 covers
• Managing 2 chefs

Rate of Pay:£40,000 - £43,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 06:30am - 15:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
