Job summary

Restaurant Associates in Uxbridge is opening a brand-new kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment and a culture of creativity. This is your chance to join from day one and shape a modern, dynamic food experience.

As Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, leading with passion and precision, influencing menus, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety in a busy service environment. The role offers £38,000 per annum on a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and a flair for presentation.
• Calm and confident under pressure during busy service.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain.
