The Athenaeum is a luxury hotel near Green Park and Buckingham Palace seeking a Kitchen Lead to oversee a high-performing brigade. You will deliver refined, seasonal menus with precision while upholding quality and hygiene standards.

Collaborating on evolving concepts, you will manage cost control, ordering, and staffing to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious setting.
