Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team across our pubs nationwide. You will drive standards, mentor staff, and deliver memorable dining experiences while growing as part of a broader pub-management family.

You'll progress through our internal career pathways to suit your goals, with wellbeing support and access to training. Expect a role that blends hands-on cooking with leadership and development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or stepping up from a Sous/Second Chef position.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a kitchen team.

Lead a team to success in our kitchen. You'll be responsible for raising the bar and setting the standards across your kitchen. Playing a key part in the pub management team, you'll strive to create memorable experiences that leave our guests wanting to come back for more.
