Job summary

Individual Restaurants seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the culinary direction across multiple restaurant formats within the brand. You will oversee menus, quality, and service, delivering exceptional dining experiences while mentoring a dynamic team.

As Head Chef, you will set standards, drive innovation, and foster a positive, fast-paced kitchen culture that delivers consistency and excellence across service periods.
