What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an experienced Head Chef.
This role requires a skilled and competent Chef who has worked in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette environment. The small team relies on each member to contribute wherever needed but provides reliable support. Your input will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to suggest ideas for developing new dishes. Responsibilities include managing the team, rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1s, and training.
