Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in the North West. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and assist with menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe, compliant kitchen.

You will guide junior staff, ensure high standards, and drive 5* scores while delivering fresh, quality dishes. The role offers development programmes and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and managing a busy kitchen.
• Ability to contribute to menu development and stock control.
• Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
