THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a methodical and calm Sous Chef at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

Are you passionate and committed to culinary excellence, with experience in a professional kitchen? You may be our next Sous Chef.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Sous Chef, you will be expected to:

1. Assist our chefs in the preparation and cooking of high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of professional athletes.
2. Collaborate on the creation of diverse and balanced menus, ensuring a variety of options that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences.
