Sous Chef - Rochdale

Join our dedicated catering team in Rochdale where you’ll craft exceptional dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients. What You’ll Do:
  1. Provide support with hospitality and events
  2. Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  3. Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
  4. Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
  5. Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
  6. Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance

What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience at Sous Chef level, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership
  • Experience in hospitality and events
