The Role

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards across a busy school catering operation.

About You

We are looking for a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef with a genuine passion for food and the ability to lead by example. You will ideally have experience within contract catering, education, hotels or high-quality restaurants , with strong technical skills and an organised, hands-on approach. Experience of working within an independent school environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
