Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Broughton Inn is seeking a Sous Chef who loves delivering great food, training great people and making guests smile. You’ll run a section, lead your team, and step in for the Head Chef in their absence, ensuring the kitchen runs as one.

You’ll work with a branded menu, manage food ordering and stock control, uphold high hygiene standards and drive your team to exceed targets. This role sits at the heart of a busy kitchen and offers strong progression with paid

As a Sous Chef at the Broughton Inn , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
