Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Act as Deputy for the Head Chef when required.
• Train and support the kitchen team.
• Manage stocktaking and inventory control.
