We are currently seeking a sous chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual to help lead our team here at THE DISCOVERY pub.

What's the Role?

As a sous chef, you will work closely with the head chef in overseeing the entire kitchen operation. You will assist in supervising your team and coordinating the delivery of food in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen.
• Be committed to delivering first-class service.
• Have good operational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Adhere to health and safety, COSHH practices at all times.
• Be competent and confident in training new staff.
