Job summary

Golden Heart in Bristol is seeking a motivated Sous Chef who loves great food and training great people. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, and work within a branded menu to deliver high-quality dishes.

• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating sections.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and step in for the Head Chef as required.
• Train and develop kitchen team to deliver dishes to brand standards.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Operate confidently within a branded menu and kitchen systems.
• Support the Head Chef to drive targets and guest satisfaction.
