Job summary

Horseshoes is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train a dynamic team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll drive service and consistency, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen and supervising a team.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock and ordering with Head Chef.
• Brilliant communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section and ensure the team works as one.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Uphold brand standards on a branded menu.
• Mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure health and hygiene compliance.
• Support Head Chef in the absence.
