Masons Arms in Branscombe is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, help lead the kitchen, and ensure all procedures and dish specifications are precisely followed. You will use our menu-writing flexibility to adapt offerings to meet the needs of the business and guests.

The multi award winning Masons Arms dates back to the 14th-century andresides in one of the South West’s most picturesque villages. Join our talented kitchenteam and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourcedproduce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef,you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team whileensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dishare precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writingprocesses, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and ourguests.
