EGO - Blackburn, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. The role focuses on great food, team leadership, and guest satisfaction, with a mobile-friendly application process.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
