EGO - Penhow is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a section, train a great team and help deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll step up in the absence of the Head Chef and work with a branded menu to maintain the standards across the kitchen.

Job description

As a Sous Chef at EGO - Penhow, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
