Job summary

Emberwood at the Francis Hotel Bath is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our welcoming kitchen team. The role involves preparing local, seasonal ingredients over an open fire in an open plan kitchen within a restaurant that is central to our Bath offering.

Onsite shifts, five days out of seven, and a multi-million pound transformation project support an ambitious growth path. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for progression within Sutton 1079.

• Experience as a Sous Chef is required.
• Ability to work onsite and in a busy kitchen.

• Join Emberwood at the Francis Hotel Bath as Sous Chef and contribute to the kitchen’s success.
• Work in an open plan kitchen with local, seasonal ingredients cooked over an open fire.
• Play a key role in the multi-million pound transformation of Emberwood and its dining concept.

*Sous Chef, £38,700 - £44,700 (OTE) per annum andgreat benefits.

(£38,700 basic + approximately £6000 per annum Tronc based on monthly average)

Our restaurant is the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant is our luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s).
