Qualifications

• Expérience préalable en cuisine, idéalement en tant que Sous Chef.
• Passion pour la préparation de plats avec des ingrédients frais.
• Capacité à coacher et soutenir les membres de l'équipe.

Responsibilities

• Préparer des plats de qualité en utilisant des ingrédients frais.
• Encadrer et soutenir l'équipe de cuisine.
• Collaborer avec le Chef de Cuisine pour diriger la cuisine.
