Mitchells & Butlers plc is recruiting a Sous Chef for the Firecrest at Vintage Inns. You will lead a section, train your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring consistent quality and a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and training a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of branded menus and food safety regulations.
• Experience in stock control and food ordering.

• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.

As a Sous Chef atthe Firecrest, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
