Malmaison Hotels is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen and support the Head Chef in delivering top-quality dishes with a motivated team. The role offers development and progression within a dynamic brand known for its food and service excellence.

You will lead a kitchen focused on high standards, training, and creating memorable experiences for guests, with a pathway to grow within the Malmaison Hotels group.
