Job summary

Hotel Du Vin in Glasgow is seeking Chef De Parties with immediate starts. Permanent contract, excellent pay and great benefits.

You will work in a busy kitchen, deliver high standards, support senior chefs, and contribute to guest satisfaction. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and support the brigade.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to a high standard and on time.
• Support senior chefs and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in your section.
• Assist with menu development and quality control.
