Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Wimbledon is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead a busy F&B team, drive guest experiences and uphold our high service standards.

You will motivate, train and inspire colleagues, manage shifts and stock, ensure compliance, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to deliver memorable drinks and events. A proactive approach and hospitality passion are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• You as Bar Manager will be a hands on operator who using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire.
• Lead a busy F&B team, ensure service standards and seamless guest experiences across bars and brasseries.
• Plan and manage shifts, training, stock control and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable drinks, events and exceptional hospitality.
