And now we’re looking for someone who can make sure those games are made properly, with the right factories, on the right timelines, and at the right price.

We’re hiring a Sourcing & Production Manager to take ownership of our factory relationships, drive competitive quoting, and make sure every single product rolls off the line looking (and feeling) amazing.

What’s the role?

This is a supplier-facing, quote-hunting, deal-negotiating role. You’ll be responsible for getting the best possible pricing and timelines from our manufacturing partners, and for keeping those relationships strong and productive.

You will be the person making sure the factory side of things is running efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the high standard our customers expect.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Requesting, reviewing, and negotiating quotes from multiple factories (primarily in China, but also globally)
• Managing all ongoing communication with suppliers
• Keeping production timelines tight and transparent, from samples to shipping
• Finding and vetting new factories that can deliver better pricing, speed, or quality for different products
• Monitoring product quality, flagging potential issues, and chasing improvements
• Reporting to internal teams on status, risks, and opportunities

Who are we looking for?

You’re commercially minded, detail-obsessed, and great with people. You know how to get things made without letting anything slip through the cracks.

You’ll thrive here if:

• You’ve got 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships or production (ideally in board games, toys, or similar)
• You’ve worked with factories in China, and ideally beyond
• You’re comfortable communicating clearly across time zones and cultures
• You love finding better pricing, faster timelines, or higher quality options, and negotiating for them
• You’re naturally organised, reliable, and take real ownership of your work
• You’ve built up a factory network yourself
• You’ve worked with printed goods, packaging, or multi-component products
