Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a rapidly growing food manufacturer based in North West London.

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day production activities across a busy food manufacturing facility, working Monday to Friday. You will lead and motivate a small team of staff and work closely with quality teams to ensure products are produced to the highest standards. The successful Production Manager will help drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and will oversee any suitable improvement projects.

The successful Production Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:

• Experience working in a production management or supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong people management skills, experienced in leading and motivating teams
• Excellent project management skills and a results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
