Job description

Accountabilities

• Significant experience in procurement, Source to Contract, procurement operations, procurement excellence or process ownership within a global, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, RFx execution, supplier evaluation, negotiation preparation, contract lifecycle handover, procurement governance and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience leading process transformation, continuous improvement, standardisation or operating model change in a matrix environment.
• Experience defining and governing global process standards, controls, KPIs, roles and responsibilities, and process documentation.
• Practical knowledge of procurement technology and digital process enablement, ideally including Coupa, SAP, eSourcing tools, contract management platforms and workflow automation.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Data, Technology, Category Management and shared service teams.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to use process, performance and compliance data to identify issues, prioritise improvements and monitor benefits.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering or another regulated global environment would be beneficial.
