This is a fantastic opportunity to step into one of the most commercially significant areas of the Rolls-Royce supply chain. As part of the In-Contract Excellence team within the Machining category, you’ll gain first-hand experience managing our most critical supplier relationships while working alongside senior leaders and cross-functional partners. We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager to lead the In-Contract management of the key turbine and rotative suppliers within the Machining category. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering value from our existing contracts, ensuring both Rolls-Royce and our suppliers live up to their commitments. This role offers a real opportunity to make a measurable difference: building and supporting a team of Buyers in a challenging environment, reducing cost and driving supplier performance. You’ll blend leadership and hands-on commercial delivery, working closely with colleagues in Supplier Management Teams, Strategic Procurement, Engineering and Quality to turn opportunities into results. The role is ideal for someone who puts people leadership first whilst delivering complex negotiations — all within a fast-moving, high-profile environment.
