Job summary

JKS Restaurants is seeking a talented Sommelier to join our growing group known for Michelin Bib Gourmand across multiple sites. You will lead wine service, recommend and sell wines, and support Front of House to ensure memorable guest experiences.

You will work with international wines, collaborate with Kitchen and Front of House teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality while upholding the brand’s standards and service style.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sommelier within a quality restaurant.
• Experience with international wines.
• Fluent English language ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of service and guest experience.
• Recommend and sell wines to guests and pair with menu choices.
• Support Front of House team during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Front of House and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
