We are seeking a talented and engaging Sommelier to join our team at the stunning private members’ club, Annabel’s, located at 46 Berkeley Square. This venue spans 26,000 square feet and features five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, and a cigar salon. Our team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers, and Mixologists craft outstanding menus, cocktails, and wine lists using seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques to create unique dining experiences.

As Sommelier, you will assist the Head and Assistant Head Sommeliers with wine service across various venues within the club. Your role involves recommending and selling wines that suit our members’ tastes and menu choices, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and engaging with members to enhance their experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or private members’ club
• WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent (desirable)
• Good knowledge of Old and New World wines
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Passion for wine and excellent service skills
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player with good communication skills
