Role Purpose
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team at Fenchurch Sky Garden. You will play a crucial role in the wine department, providing expert guidance to guests and staff, contributing to the excellence of our dining experience, and assisting the Head Sommelier and Group Head of Wines with wine list curation. If you have a passion for wine, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to top-notch service, we invite you to be part of this experience.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Certification from a recognized wine education program is advantageous
