Job summary

The Arts Club in London is seeking a highly motivated sommelier to join our growing hospitality team. The role involves curating the wine list, pairing wines with menu offerings, and supporting deliveries and cellar management.

We offer a 45-hour work week across 5 days, with opportunities to train colleagues, assist members and guests, and contribute to events and stock planning. WSET Level 2 preferred; private medical benefits and dining perks are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine service and cellar management.
• WSET Level 2 preferred.
• Excellent customer service and knowledge of wine pairings.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the wine list with accurate vintages and stock levels.
• Recommend and pair wines to complement menu offerings.
• Support wine deliveries and proper cellar storage.
• Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist members and guests with wine selections and service.
• Contribute to staff training in wine knowledge.
• Collaborate with F&B teams for private events and stock needs.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sommelierto join our growing team in London.

Successful Sommelier applicants (WSET Level 2 preferred) will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. The sommelier is expected to fulfill a 45-hour work week spread across 5 days, with 2 days off.
