The Arts Club Limited in London is seeking a highly motivated Sommelier to join our growing hospitality team. You will curate the wine list, pair wines with the menu, and ensure cellar organization while delivering exceptional guest service.

WSET Level 2 is preferred. The role includes staff training, deliveries, and supporting private events, with a 45-hour work week across five days and benefits across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fine-dining settings.
• WSET Level 2 preferred for Sommelier.
• Strong wine knowledge and tasting sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the wine list with accurate vintages.
• Recommend and pair wines to complement the menu.
• Support wine deliveries and proper storage in the cellar.
• Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Assist members with wine selections and provide professional service.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sommelierto join our growing team in London.

Successful Sommelier applicants (WSET Level 2 preferred) will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. The sommelier is expected to fulfill a 45-hour work week spread across 5 days, with 2 days off.

• Support wine deliveries and maintain proper storage in the wine cellar.
• Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist members and guests with wine selections, providing knowledgeable and professional service.
• Contribute to staff training in wine and sake knowledge.
• Collaborate with F&B teams to support private events and stock needs.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
