JOIA at art'otel Battersea Power Station in London seeks an experienced Sommelier to elevate wine service across our restaurant, bar, and rooftop. You will pair wines with menus, lead wine tastings, and collaborate with chefs to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent Sommelier qualification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage wine inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Oversee wine service, including storage, handling, and pouring techniques.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to deliver a cohesive food and beverage experience.

London is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa. Henrique's culinary heritage inspires it and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula.

We are hiring a

Sommelier to join our team at JOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of art'otel Battersea Power Station with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

We are looking for an experienced

Sommelier who will take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and a team player.

WSET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent Sommelier qualification is preferable.

As our

Sommelier, you will receive:

£33,620 per annum - Up to £46,500/annum (rate inclusive of Tronc)
