Job summary

The Arts Club in London is seeking a highly motivated Sommelier to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work across hospitality, curate the wine list, pair wines with menu offerings, and support wine deliveries while maintaining cellar standards.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the wine list with accurate vintages and stock levels.

• Support wine deliveries and maintain proper storage in the wine cellar.
• Ensure the wine cellar is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist members and guests with wine selections, providing knowledgeable and professional service.
• Contribute to staff training in wine and sake knowledge.
• Collaborate with F&B teams to support private events and stock needs.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Sommelier to join our growing team in London.

Successful Sommelier applicants (WSET Level 2 preferred) will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. The sommelier is expected to fulfill a 45-hour work week spread across 5 days, with 2 days off.
