Job summary

TD SYNNEX’s Maverick team is seeking a Solutions Specialist to design technology solutions, engage with customers, and coordinate projects from concept to delivery.

You’ll work with internal teams and vendors, building broad technical knowledge and progressing through certifications as you help deliver outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, sales support or operational roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design technology solutions that meet specific business requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Support the Maverick portfolio and vendor ecosystem in solution development.
• Act as a trusted technical and solution-focused resource for customers and sales teams.
• Manage solution projects from design through to delivery.
• Coordinate ordering, logistics and shipment activities to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, business managers and sales teams to drive outcomes.
• Build technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies and vendor solutions.
• Complete training and certifications to progress into advanced solution roles.
