Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking an Ecommerce integration specialist to support customers transitioning to electronic platforms and digital solutions, ensuring smooth integrations and exceptional service.

You will work with customers, IT, operations and commercial teams on onboarding, testing, and training, delivering clear documentation and driving continuous improvement in digital trading solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer integration, ecommerce, or digital transformation preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers implementing TD SYNNEX digital trading and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and recommend electronic trading solutions.
• Support transitions from manual or legacy processes to electronic platforms and digital solutions.
• Configure, test, and validate customer integrations (EDI, API, XML, web portals).
• Provide onboarding and adoption workshops and ongoing technical guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers implementing TD SYNNEX digital trading and integration solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend appropriate electronic trading solutions.
• Support customers in transitioning from manual or legacy processes to electronic platforms and digital solutions.
• Define, document, and validate customer integration and business process requirements.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, IT, operations, and commercial teams to successfully deliver integration projects.
• Configure, test, and validate customer integrations, including EDI, API, XML, and web portal solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and rollout phases.
• Deliver customer training, onboarding, and adoption workshops to maximise the successful use of electronic solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer integration journey.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, customer implementation guides, and support materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer processes through greater automation and digital adoption.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and customer integration services.
• Undertake additional project and operational activities as required.

What You'll Bring

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Experience working in customer integration, e-commerce, technical support, digital transformation, or systems-related roles.
• Understanding of electronic integration technologies such as EDI, API, XML, or similar data exchange solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, or integration projects would be advantageous.
